Recruitment Process

At JGC Technical Assistance Services Philippines Inc., our recruitment process is designed to attract, assess, and onboard top talent efficiently and effectively.

We begin by identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and our talent pool database. Our focus is on finding individuals who match the skills, experience, and cultural fit required for our roles.

Once applications are received, our HR team conducts an initial screening to assess the qualifications and experience of each candidate. This step involves reviewing resumes, filled up application forms, and any other relevant materials to ensure that applicants meet the minimum criteria for the position.

Candidates who pass the screening are contacted by HR for a brief initial interview via phone. This conversation helps us further assess the candidate’s communication skills, interest in the role, and basic qualifications. It also gives candidates an opportunity to ask preliminary questions about the position and the company.

Shortlisted candidates are invited to participate in a series of interviews (either in person or virtual MS teams meeting), which may include technical assessments, behavioral interviews, and discussions with department managers, or team members. This step is crucial in evaluating the candidate’s fit for both the role and the company culture. After all interviews are conducted, the hiring team reviews feedback and selects the most suitable candidate for the role.

Once a candidate is selected, we extend a formal job offer, outlining the role, responsibilities, compensation package, and other pertinent details. The candidate is given time to review and accept the offer.

Upon acceptance of the job offer, the candidate is required to complete pre-employment requirements, which may include background checks, medical examinations, and submission of necessary pre-employment documents. This ensures that all compliance and legal standards are met before the candidate begins employment.

The final step is employee onboarding, where the new employee is introduced to the company, its culture, and their specific role. This includes orientation sessions, signing of agreements, issuance of company equipment, new employee kit and meetings with key team members to help them integrate smoothly into JTAS and start their journey toward contributing to our vision of providing exceptional service without scope limitations.
